Today, companies are faced with the challenge of taking greater account of sensitive situations that require specific responses. Accessibility, health, psychosocial risks, risks of disengagement: from prevention to response, how are companies integrating these individual issues into their QVCT approach?

In 2022, the HR and Talent Development functions demonstrated their complementary nature. What is the situation today? Between employee attraction, corporate culture, long-term engagement, employee experience, and quality of life at work, their areas of focus are converging. Perhaps the question is no longer whether they are complementary, but how they can jointly drive the company’s transformation. How can these two functions coordinate their roles within organizations today? Answers to these questions will be explored at the conference organized by Office et Culture.

Faced with changing habits, corporate catering has had to reinvent itself and rethink its model. Here is a brief overview of the diversity of initiatives in this area to understand how corporate catering remains at the heart of social interaction at work.

What if the future of organizations no longer depended solely on performance, but on resilience? How can we build companies that are capable of adapting, cooperating, and enduring in an uncertain world?

What if the real key to mental health in the workplace weren’t just HR policies, but also the light that illuminates us, the air we breathe, and the emotions our workplaces evoke every day? What impact do emotions and the senses have on employees’ mental health?

Colour influences attention, energy, and behaviour in the workplace. It guides how spaces are used, clarifies functions, and helps people understand and appropriate their environment. Far from being a decorative choice, it is a design tool that directly shapes the user experience. Sinem Beaujean will present the approach developed by Sedus to connect colours, space functions, and user profiles. This method builds on Sedus colour decision tools and the Limbic Office® framework, which draws on insights from neuroscience. This framework will then be applied to concrete projects: the NIWA building in Toulouse and the temporary offices of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games Organising Committee (COJO). The designers involved in these projects will share the challenges they faced, the colour strategies they implemented, the discussions and trade-offs with their clients, and the effects observed on spatial clarity, collaboration, and concentration. Participants will leave with practical insights to help them build coherent colour strategies, support their design choices, and create work environments that are clearer and better understood by their users.

What will the office of the younger generation’s dreams look like? The younger generations are fundamentally redefining our relationship with work, physical presence, and community. Between a search for meaning, flexibility, and a demand for experiences, their vision of the ideal office goes beyond a mere functional space: it becomes a place for living, inspiration, and connection. This fresh perspective challenges companies to reevaluate their models, cultures, and ability to evolve the work experience.

New ways of working emphasize flexibility, which has many benefits, but also presents risks for the collective: isolation, rise of individualism, reduced commitment, loss of cohesion, reduced attachment to the company, etc. So how can we maintain collective momentum in this context? How can we reconcile flexibility and cohesion? 

An explorer of contemporary trends, Raphael Gielgen operates at the intersection of art, fashion, sociology, marketing, and strategic intelligence. By frequenting emerging venues and creative scenes, he analyzes early indicators and cultural shifts to identify the dynamics that will shape the habits and ways of working of tomorrow.

Drawing on a study published in November 2025 and existing literature on the subject, this presentation aims to identify the factors that define a good office location for employees. The scope of analysis here is urban, or even regional. More broadly, the conference will address several questions: What are the benefits of art in offices, given that many workspaces are still considered bland or soulless? How can individual and collective interests be reconciled in the office through spatial design? How can the work environment contribute to a sense of purpose in work and organizational coherence?

When considering office occupancy, it is important to understand what makes a workplace pleasant and turns it into a lively place for interaction. The challenge is to explore the idea that people come to the office also (or mainly?) for the people who bring it to life. But to do that, we need to be able to meet them and talk to them in an atmosphere conducive to exchange... 
Service experience, collaborative spaces, dynamic reception areas, living spaces, etc. What frameworks, systems, and layouts are likely to promote friendly interactions between employees?

Managing a move is, in many ways, strategic for workplace managers. It has become particularly important in terms of environmental responsibility. Recycling, upcycling, reuse: how are workplace managers getting in tune with sustainability when moving? 

What is the new overarching narrative for the workplace? 
This conference presents the key insights from the call for ideas launched by the editorial team of *Office et Culture* on the need for a sense of community in the face of divisions in the workplace. Inspired by the thought of Hannah Arendt, the contributions explore the transition from work to a greater purpose through collective action. Three themes emerged: the creation of the common good in workspaces, the company as a safe place, and the role of space and technology as mediators of connection and meaning.

“Generation X,” “Millennials,” “Generation Z”: distinctions between generations have become increasingly popular, but what about their expectations of companies? More importantly, how do these generations mix and interact? What role can HR departments play in promoting intergenerational cohesion?
